thank you hello real quick before we head out to the airport just getting some last minute packing done and figured I'd explain what is going on I'm headed to Brazil and I can barely believe I'm saying that that has been a lifelong dream of mine some friends that I made at yacht week last year who are Brazilian we're basically like hey we are doing this exciting sale in Brazil around the Ila garage excuse my horrible Portuguese accent ending at the iconic largest party in the world Carnival they're like do you want to come and so of course the answer was hell yes and experience it with locals through the lugs of locals and getting to see it by water I was like where do I sign take my credit cards so I am flying to Rio this is my first ever time to South America which is so exciting to go sail it's a new organization they're building it's called PDO Positive Vibes only so I'm going my best to be Ashley is coming and then I invited also one of my good friends Jacob from California I'm ready to party I've already learned a Samba I got a lot of fun clothing I'm excited to wear also before I head out great time to mention today's sponsor which could not be more perfect it's monos I'm currently using their carry on plus size which I'm really proud of myself for being able to fit I packed around um 15 bikinis for 10 days as you do but luggage really speaks for itself it's a very simple classic Timeless design it's not like flashier in your face which I love it's made to last with really well sourced materials components oh my gosh can get so expensive and I feel like this is a really good price point for what you're getting and this is going to last me a really long time as carry-on plus is made with this German polycarbonate hard shell which means it's water resistant and super sturdy which is great so I'm literally about to take it on a boat for half of this trip as you know if you watch my videos I try my best to incorporate sustainability into as much as my life as possible and having luggage like this is perfect because they are climate neutral certified with the way they create their items they work with one percent for the planet which means they donate one percent of all of their annual ever news and they choose packaging materials that are kind of which we love I also have their toiletry cases I really love it's the perfect size for my goods and it's made with nylon and vegan leather of course everything will be linked down below I'm really excited about these and on that note I need to put my shoes on and I really need to get there so I will see you guys on the boat let's go let's go to Brazil incredible we've had some tropical storms we've had some really beautiful warm moments I didn't realize how much was gonna love Brazilian food the meals absolutely and now we're on our way to a little snorkel spot this is like the dream way to see Brazil I think we're all kind of like a little bit oh God yeah it's such a cool group of people that we'd like never meet otherwise which is the best about these kinds of a trips very experienced boat people we're learning we can't offer much but well support and a good time everybody getting over it let's go back welcome is it raining like this oh it's raining and I'm gonna wear white I'm sorry excuse me hi we have arrived at the little Bay that we're staying at where there's actually a little small town which little town we're gonna go in go to like little restaurant do some little Island Bar hopping basically everywhere we're going on this trip or places you can only access by bus which is really an exciting experience because you know it gives us access to places we'd never get to see otherwise let's go check it out we need to finish getting ready it's very hot in here everything foreign just woke up it's like our second full day on water last night was so fun there so we all went and got a couple of my Brazilian Portuguese pronunciation is very poor so it's like a little taste of Carnival before Carnival today we're gonna be docking at some more like remote peaches pinch of myself it's really surreal to be here somebody do something the paparazzi is here you got it you got it perfect 11 out of 10.

there's our little bow not little thing beautiful brother another one of our little stops this is probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to for so much like Lush plant life and it's so special to be able to see somewhere like this like there's no other boats around especially to find this on Atlantic South America that's where it's at where everybody oh so we have Jacob out here in the world yeah and there's a lot of mosquitoes hello um good morning Orange hello so we had like a nice Crossing of like three hours literally passed that knocked out the sun man it'll do it to you it'll get you but then we took the cutest little like motor ride down into this area which is like so remote so pretty not a lot of creatures which is good only wanted yes good morning we have a very exciting hike ahead of us we're headed to the top of this mountain I'm excited to finally get into like the jungle in the more tropical elements because I've been doing obviously a lot of sailing a lot of swimming I'm very curious to see once and there it looks it looks pretty tall I'm a little nervous I love a good sauna sauna that was challenging very steep on the way up but um so worth it describe we officially have disembarked from the boat which makes me very we're back on land for better or worse I'm a little sad although it was not super long we saw an experience so much I feel like every day had such high peaks like there's so many good moments in every single day I feel like when you come away from a trip normally there's just like a couple highlights to share with friends and I'm like this is yeah so right now we're in parati which is like a town maybe like four or five hours from Rio Carnival has technically started we're not wearing our like Carnival fits a little glitter so we're trying slightly spirited we're going out we have the group in the front going out for dinner and kind of seeing this like cute very historic town to the region it's really known for kashasa which is like a Brazilian Decor I'm excited do I here yes Queen oh my God it's giving it for you day two of Carnival we slept in very late because we're out quite late last night we went to this really cool ticketed party which was nice because it was like a good first entry it wasn't like the proper or like Black Ops party but we're gonna do more of that today in ipadema my friend Jacob picked me up the perfect fanny pack everyone was saying hold on to your items especially when going to the block house and Carnival for dear life because it's very easy for things to get pocketed so I'm gonna be holding my positions close it's gonna be dancing maybe I'll learn a little salsa we'll see outfit for day number two I kind of feel like I'm like one of those women in the Superwoman movie the Amazon women with this arm piece and all this intense jewelry also I'm like six two with boots on so I'm ready you trust the table more than me I'm shy and I have no idea hello good morning another beautiful day in Rio I have another Carnival fit it's really giving like Festival Vibes where you have to muster the energy I'm getting a little tired but we had the best time yesterday we basically spent all our time at one specific block oh it was an unofficial one but we're here with local Brazilians as I've said which is really really helpful for this experience because they're just showing us like where to go what to do it was really cool running to eliora who is a YouTuber and an instagramer as you saw yesterday we're gonna go to another block when I think a party tonight and then probably take it easy tomorrow chaos it's giving pig mouth
